Helen Genius Agro Products Limited herein referred to as HGAPL, a company duly registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria with its registered office at Plot 12, Federal School of Surveying, Oyo, Nigeria, shall act as the controller of your personal data.

The payment gateway company integrated with our website responsible for processing all payments made via our website www.geniusagroproducts.com shall be the joint controller of the following categories of personal data:

- Transaction data of sales and payments;

- Personal ID,

- Required Information of card details
